Yoga Class 
Class is set for all levels but has an emphasis on beginners. 

Modifications and props will be used on a regular basis as each student is encouraged to keep proper alignment for their unique body type.

No two bodies are alike and therefore no two yoga poses look exactly alike!

The postures done in class are set up to flow easily from one to another keeping distractions to a minimum so focus can be on the quality of breathe.


At the end of each class we will dedicate time to performing restorative poses using blankets and pillows to support the body in reclined stretching positions.  


Restorative poses are held for a longer period of time and because the body is supported by props it allows the muscles and mind to deeply relax and let go of any tensions still lingering in the body.
